Step off the bus and in two minutes you're in your apartment. From here you can walk to the university, the Metropolitano, the Bioceres Arena and the bars of Pichincha, and it's ten minutes by car to the river, downtown and the Flag Monument.

By bus
The Mariano Moreno bus terminal is 150 metres away: exit onto Cafferata and you're here in two blocks on foot, suitcase and all.
By plane
Rosario International Airport is about 12 km away, 20 to 25 minutes by taxi or private car. If you like, we can arrange the transfer.
By car
From the Rosario-Buenos Aires or Rosario-Córdoba motorway, take the exit via Pellegrini or Córdoba avenue towards the centre. We have parking inside the building, with prior booking.
Getting around the city
Bus lines run along Cafferata and Pellegrini avenue to the centre, the riverside and the north. There are also public bikes and taxi apps.
