What we do
A place to stay as long as you need
We offer furnished, fully equipped apartments for people visiting Rosario for work, study, sport or holidays, and for those who need to live in the city for a while without the burden of a traditional lease.
It's a different kind of service: you arrive with your suitcase and find everything taken care of, from the dishes to the Wi-Fi. For one night or several months, with the comfort of your own apartment and the hospitality of a hotel.
The tower is an exposed-concrete building designed from the first sketch to host people: studio apartments of different sizes, reception, a breakfast room, a courtyard on the first floor, a terrace on the second and a rooftop with views of the city, the river and the bridge. There's parking, a backup generator and fibre Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Behind it is a small, stable team that knows guests by name: reception, housekeeping, maintenance and a 24-hour phone line. You can message us on WhatsApp before, during and after your stay, and it's us who reply.
